How to buy

1. Choose from our menu or by search engine the items which you want to buy in our e-shop. For simplicity, we have separated goods 'by cathegory' and 'by producer'. This menu is visible on left side of your screen.

2. You can add items to your order by clicking on button 'Add to the basket'. Continue this step until you have all that you want to buy in your basket. Do not overlook our action offer or sale, which appear in sections of the menu. Please pay attention to the right upper corner of your screen - there you can see the total price of your order and the number of items bought.

3. You get to your basket by clicking on button 'Basket' in the upper right corner of screen. Once you have completed your required purchases go to step 4.’Ordering’:

4. ’Ordering’ - follow the instructions on screen.
1/4 -. Choose country that you want the goods to be delivered to. Choose type of delivery from the possibilities.
2/4 - Contact details. Please fill in all details that we need to deliver the goods. All fields marked with red star have to be filled in before continuation.
3/4 - Summary of order - please check that all items are those of your choice then click on ‘Confirm order’.
If you choose ‘personal pick up’, goods will be prepared for you in our shop. If you choose other delivery you will get an e-mail with further instructions including payment methods for completing order. Your ordered goods will be delivered to the address given in 2/4 ‘Contact Details’

5. Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, Paypal, Credit card or in a way agreed by Ben International spol. and must be made and cleared before items are dispatched.

If you complete the Customer Registration form you will have quicker and easier ordering and be able to receive updates on new products and sale items.
